Post Farm

We finally made our annual trip to Post Farm tonight and had a great time! Madisyn wanted to get a small (and she meant small... it was $0.25) pumpkin for herself and one for Landon. She fed the goats and rode on the swings. We may go back again to let her ride the hayride and the tractor pulled "train."

Like father, like son.

Madisyn was a little sceptical to feed the goats this year.

Anyone with two (or more) kids knows the difficulty of getting them to smile at the same time :)

Mommy and her little princess. What an ordeal we had with her yesterday... she got a concussion after falling while climbing into her stroller to go on a walk (watch out all of you with little climbers) and had to go through a cat scan. They actually wanted to send an ambulance because she was throwing-up so much, but I didn't want to wait that long, so brought her in immediately. Long story short, she's doing 100x times better today. One of our scariest moments as parents!

Here's the big boy doing his thing. He's not crawling yet, but seemingly very close... watch out! He loves to go from his tummy to sitting up and back to his tummy again.
When he tries to crawl he gets on his knees and arms and then he tries to go to his toes and his arms. Forget crawling, he's ready to walk ;) (let's hope not!)

Wow he's getting big! I don't think he's ahead of Joshy at all...Joshy has no interest in really crawling, he's just loving the comando thing! I'm so glad to hear that Madisyn's ok! How scary!!!

Madisyn's ordeal sounds very scary! So glad to hear she's OK.

About getting together, the Sunday after next would work (the 4th) and 5ish would be perfect. I know where your neighborhood is but not exactly which street or house. Do you want to email me at katie.terpstra@gmail.com with details? Also, let me know if we can bring anything.

By the way, we let Dylan pick out a pumpkin at Post Family Farm too and he picked the dinkiest little one too. Must be a two year old thing!

Your kids are really giving you a run for your money!! Good thing in the end, they end up healthy and happy. I am so glad she is doing better now - any gray hairs yet?? Let's definitely get together this winter...things are quite slowing down yet with the photo business. Keep in touch :)

We are a busy family of five! I enjoy time with my husband and kids, running, being outdoors, shopping for deals, and cuddling. My wonderful husband keeps busy playing with the kiddos, hunting, fishing, exercising and working on projects around the house. Madisyn is six, in 1st grade, loves being outdoors and isn't one bit afraid of bugs or worms! Landon is four, a spitting image of Daddy, and is the sweetest, naughtiest and funniest little boy, all in one! Tinley was born February 24, 2012 and has already blessed us beyond belief! Here's a glimpse into our crazy and wonderful lives... hope you enjoy!

Tiece of Cake

I've finally decided to make a blog (Tiece of cake) dedicated to cakes... as to not consume the family blog.
