I'm so lucky! I'm married to the most wonderful man! We spent the entire past weekend celebrating our anniversary up north. It was perfect... we went out to dinner, shopping and to the cottage Friday night, then Saturday we took our time making it over to The Shack (we highly recommend it... the website doesn't do it justice). It was gorgeous, especially with the fall colors. Our room had a fireplace and hot tub and everything was made of hand-carved wood (as noted by Rob, even the toilet paper holder :) ).

Happy Anniversary! It doesn't seem that long ago that I was buying you earrings on your wedding day! :) We went to the Shack for a YL staff retreat a couple years ago - did you get your nightly banana splits? :)
Happy anniversary! That's great you were able to get away...Matt and I are long overdue for some time away :)
I know this is last minute, but we are having some people from Grand over on Friday night for a bonfire at our new place (as long as it doesn't rain) and you guys are more than welcome to join us. I think Jason and Amber Visser and Tim and Angela Nelson are planning on it and maybe a few others. It will be a little later (8:30ish) so we can get our kids in bed first. Let me know if you can make it (or you can have Rob call Matt).
