After a lot of prep and tons of help... the party went great! WHEW! Including our family, we had 35 people! We had a menu of grilled cheese's (eight kind, my favorite being a tomato, mozzarella, sundried tomato and basil flavored feta, and basil on pesto focaccia), three soups (tomato basil tortellini, cheese broccoli, and chicken noodle), salad, chips, Jell-O, cake, and ice cream. Happy birthday(s) Kiddos! I love the fondant cake... I hope to attempt fondant this fall for Lucy's 2nd birthday. I also love the grilled cheeses idea, making them a bit more "gourmet" :)
