First and foremost... Rachelle graduated from Rockford High School last week Thursday! 27th out of 571... top 5%! Congratulations Ra! She is planning on going to either HOPE or Calvin to study engineering and/or math (a true Grandia).
This past weekend we enjoyed a long weekend at the cottage. Dave, Kate and Joshua were there as well and Madisyn and Joshua had a blast! I can't wait for a weekend warm enough for Madisyn to get into the water! Here she is sporting her shades on our way up.
Mark your calendars, May 29th Landon slept through the night! Well, he slept from 10:30-5:30 (good enough for me :) ). I got up once around 1:00 to give him his pacifier, and he went right back to sleep. He hadn't even eaten since 9:00! What a surprise since at the cottage he got up 2-3 times per night. Last night he went a stretch of 6 1/2 hours... we're making progress :)
He had his two month doctor's appointment today and everything went well. He's growing despite his reflux, which is great. He's in the 50th-75th percentile for height (23 1/2 inches) and 25th-50th for weight (11 lbs. 6 oz.) and head circumference (40.1 cm). Poor boy got three shots too :( He actually took them fairly well... and he's getting a good nap in right now.
This is the disgusting spider I came across on our deck yesterday. If you can't tell, it was carrying a dead bee. I tried to kill it, but it got away.
